After four years, the Peck Foray returns!
October 4–6 2024
This year’s Peck Foray host is Dr. Patricia Kaishian, who’ll host the foray at the beautiful Huyck Preserve near Albany NY, October 4–6 2024.
You have the option of sleeping in Huyck Preserve facilities ($150 including meals), or tent camping on the grounds in your own tent ($130 including meals).
We’ll have tables to spread out and work on fungi we collect. You may bring a microscope (bring an extension cord too!).

FRIDAY:
1pm (optional) Pre-Foray Tour of Museum Collections at Albany
6pm Social and Dinner at the Huyck Preserve
Evening Talk on Fungal Conservation, by Gabriella Delia of FUNDIS
SATURDAY:
Breakfast, then collecting around the Huyck Preserve
6pm Dinner at Hyuck
Evening: socialize, work to ID our collections, and learn about fungi
SUNDAY:
Depart after a light breakfast.
